- Find out more about the company, speak to your network. Perhaps you know someone who works for the company or in the same sector!
- There is no such thing as a stupid question! Be bold in asking questions and respond to what your interviewer is saying to establish a real dialogue.
BE CONFIDENT, stay focused.
- Practice pitching yourself in front of your mirror!
- Be positive and open, avoid negative body language, maintain proper eye contact and take your time with answers.

I will receive an email to inform me, and no worries, my CV will be kept for 12 months !

Meeting with a member of the HR team and one of the company’s operational managers. I will have a maximum of 2 interviews.
You will get a maximum of 2 interviews.
My interviews are successful: I receive a job offer within a maximum of 10 days after the last interview.
I complete the hiring process: My administrative file is sent to me electronically
On my first day at AXIONE: I meet my team and discover my working environment.
I complete my Axione digital orientation programme.
